Even if they never see the field, what is it, a minimum of a quarter mil a year now? Spent wisely, with the miserly ways of a Hebrew, (that's a compliment) these guys can prosper and be pretty liquid for the next chapter in their lives. Rip got a prorated 100k bonus (25k this year) and and 435k. Nice payday for both and hope they save something. After management fees and taxes, they're probably looking at 50% take home.
