Michigan job is a much better job than South Carolina by any measure. Bigger program, great tradition, more resources, much easier path to conference championship and playoff and much more exposure. Beamer would be a fool to not take that job if offered.

The anti-Tanner arguments lose credibility when he's just blamed for anything and everything indiscriminately. It's like folks in the political world hurling the "Nazi" accusation at anyone who disagrees with them.
Besides, Tanner's most crucial hire is, so far, looking like a pretty darn good move.

I should have stated Athletic Department. When players aren't starting and are transferring to get more playing time that is understandable.
We have had major Contributors (Burch, Lloyd, Bell ) and/or Starters transferring out. Someone has to be Held responsible for this. Our Athletic Department has the Closest Relationship with Our Student Athletes.
There Needs to be Damage Control for Excessive Outgoing Transfers.
Hire a Committee/Task Force to Communicate with Our Student Athletes(Especially Football) to listen to and Address
Grievances/Discontent/Dissatisfaction.
This would be an Effort to Show Players We Care about their Concerns/Needs.
An attempt to Manage the
Craziness of Starters going somewhere else.Next Year will be tough with UGA, UT
T A&M, MIZZOU on the Road. We Aren't going to Have Depth with all of these transfers.

You are wrong on this point. Everytime We Get Momentum and National and International Exposure
There are other Institutions/ Organizations that Become Jealous of the Exposure and Try and Spin the Positive Publicity into Something Negative.
We had All this Momentum from a Good Season, beating UT Jr, Tater Town and Playing With and Against Notre Dame.
Tater Town and Other SEC Foes don't like us Gaining Ground from all Of Our Success.
Then Programs Begun to Poach Pieces of Our Puzzle that helped Us have a Good Season

Whatever these other Schools are Doing to Poach Our Starters and Main Contributors of Our Football Success We Need to find a way to do it.

T A&M 5-7, Arky 6-6, of Course they had a lot of Transfers they all had a bad year..
We didn't. We had a Great Year and Our Play Makers Transferred Out.
We Won't have consistent Success if We continue to have Our Best Players Transfer Out Every Successful Season.
Why can't Some of You Understand this Perspective??
I understand your perspective/concern but I'm placing the blame on the character of the player and not the coach, team and university. If we start to get wholesale bailout from Beamer's high school recruits, then my level of concern will rise.
