In a bit of a surprise, the Eagles cut Tebow

Tim had been playing pretty well in the preseason, but the reason it's a surprise is because they traded Barkley yesterday to Arizona. So with Sam's history with leg injuries, they seemingly have only Mark Sanchez behind him. I haven't paid much attention to them in the preseason, because Sam wasn't playing much. I thought when Barkley was traded, it meant that he'd made the team.

A guess is that they might bring him back on the practice squad. The speculation is that nobody would pick him up.

Gosh, I wonder who'll lead them in prayer before they go out to slobber-knock or maim other people?
