Why is him facing manslaughter charges a tragedy?

It looks to me like he was for sure driving to fast and two close to the vehicles in front of him. It doesn't appear he even tried to stop or slow down. He was clearly the cause of the accident that resulted in the death of the woman. The tragedy is the death of the woman. Jenner should be held responsible if he is indeed found negligent with his driving at the time of the accident.

I don't see anything ironic or tragic in him being charged. It looked to me like he didn't see the accident coming ... wouldn't be surprised if there isn't a cell phone issue here. I bet the law enforcement has or will be looking at his cell phone records.

I see this everyday as I drive the streets here in OKC. People texting while driving and not paying attention to what they are doing and putting others at risk.

I think he's referring to the "man" part when it's clear he's trying to become a "woman".

The ironic thing is they said he was on an adventure, trying to find himself, guess his adventure is over since he's going to find himself in prison.

I don't think he'll ever see prison time.

Most likely not. Seems to be ordinary negligence... not gross negligence.
Ordinary negligence has a MAX sentence of 1-yr in Cali.

For comparison, the max sentence on an extreme DUI in Cali (first offense) is up to 10-months. How many people actually serve significant jail time for a first offense DUI?

He might have to spend a few days in the county jail but prison time, no way.

No, he won't do any time, he's part of the pop culture that is the essence of La la land, and we all know those freaks are treated like royalty there.

As to iasooners point, it has a nuanced validity, in that the person killed was a woman and Brucy is, well, I don't know what stage of his transformation he's currently in, but, for all intents and purposes he's a ***** too.

So, manslaughter? No!

No men were involved...

WWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSHHHH!
Ok, so I don't pay attention to trannies and their efforts to make changes. Didn't even know it was his deal until now
... just hope we taxpayers don't have to pay for the surgery while he is serving his time. To each his own I suppose.

I think the phrase manslaughter is more about the victim than the perp. So it would only have been an irony had Jenner been the victim, rather than the drunk driver.

Fitty, I'm too lazy to research it, but if he was proved to be DUI I still doubt he'd see prison time and not because he is of a LaLaLand pop culture elitist. Pretty much across this country, few ever see jail time for 1st time DUI convictions unless it was/is the time spent during the arrest, booking and arraignment.

That is true but he killed a person so it is very highly likely that he will face prison time for a 1st DUI.

With that said, would he go to a men or women prison?

if he still has his junk he goes to men's....since he is transgendered (if classified that way) he would be separated and probably put in solitary. Since he is a celebrity , he would be put there anyways.
