"The best chance as any" = Nobody has a better chance than OU.
"As good of chance as any" = As equal of a chance as anyone.
"The best chance as any outside of tOSU" = Nobody has a better chance than OU except for tOSU, and the title of a really goofy thread that gave birth to a goofier thread.

In 2000 we had a pretty good run also. Softball won girls basketball was in final four with Stacey Sales and the men went to Atlanta with Hollis Price I believe.
