Man this team has some spunk. Sometimes they drive you crazy but they never give up. This could be our year

Thank God for the ignore feature. Let me guess, someone is more consumed with me than they are with the topic and/or OU sports? I've seen this before with a couple of other posters, just so happens they no longer post here. I hope whoever it is ( I have 3 on ignore so I can guess) they decide to take a different path. Someone is always watching so we will see

I hope we go all the way but this team is very undisciplined. Unforced turnovers, bad shot selection and poor rebounding is offset by a runs of points. We make the opposition look much better than they are. I will give it to WVU, they have great defensive schemes and full court press. We handed the the ball back under their bucket more than once.

Ya they do seem to play pretty sloppy from time to time. But they keep finding ways to win in the end. I'll take wins, even if they find ways to make them look ugly each and every time. Lol ;)

As good as hield is, he makes me nervous with the ball. That's pretty much his only weakness is being a little careless. This team is gonna to be so mentally tough come tournament time

Oklahoma blew out some very strong teams in OOC play but that's in the past and these conference coaches and foes know each other well. Almost every game is gonna be a dog fight so get ready for tight games. Be thankful that we have the experience to be the team that makes those few "difference" plays down the stretch to win much more often than lose.

Ya no kidding Lon was a great hire. At the time alot seemed to act like he was a solid, safe hire. But hew has really exceeded my expectations. The guy has done an incredible job.

The starting five might be the best in the country. We have to get better play off of the bench.

I am thrilled that OU will be ranked number one in men's basketball for the first time in 26 years. But I genuinely believe that by the end of the regular season, we'd be a lot better off being ranked below that a few spots. I hope we stay there for a month, but not two.

And I really hope, we cut down the starters' minutes to between 32 and 35. We need those guys to have fresh legs when it's important to be at their best.

Just a reminder, that last time OU was ranked number one during the regular season, they ended up a one seed, ,but lost in the second round when a down-a-bit Carolina won in the second round on Rick Fox's jumper. I'd rather let somebody else have all the pressure of being the number one seed headed to the NCAA's.

It all depends on the players mindset. Do they start to feel like they have to start playing like they are #1? Or do they keep playing like they need to play to win and be successful?
