Why do you care about my self-reported job satisfaction? You work in HR? Gonna pass out surveys in the coal yard?
They've taken plenty in the decades since the Nakba. Just like the rest of the world has. But they shouldn't have to at all. Israel shouldn't be taking their land and driving them out.Why won’t any other Middle Eastern country take any Palestinians as refugees? Why did Egypt build an impregnable wall to keep them out?
They know what’s up.
No, I just care about actually fixing problems instead of spitting into the wind. Meanwhile you support cutting people's healthcare for tax breaks. Jesus would have plenty to say about that. He wouldn't call it generous.I encourage you to be generous for others and you take a dodge and try to make it about your fear of religion, as if religion is the only way you could find a way to be generous. You go ahead and live in your world of scarcity and find excuses to rely upon others to address the problems of the world. It’s easier to say you can’t make an impact so why try. Selfish, but far more easy. That said, if Jesus inspires people toward generosity, I will leave it to you to call that bad.
If they use their platform to push an agenda, I don't watch their movies, shows, concerts etc... There are always other people and shows that don't have people who are out there running their mouths that I can watch. There is so much ish out there that you could never watch it all.Or just STFU about politics (like most actors)
That attitude would so limit me that I’d probably never watch anything again. I didn’t stop watching uk sports or the nfl or anything else. If I can’t separate entertainment from politics, I might as well live off the grid, which I have no interest in.If they use their platform to push an agenda, I don't watch their movies, shows, concerts etc... True, but I also have the right not to listen or watch them. If they make the decision to bring it out in their forum of entertainment, then they can also suffer the loss of viewership. Most people I know don't want to know their views on politics. We go to movies, concerts, shows, sports venues to get away from the stresses of life to be entertained, not lectured to.I think everyone has a right to express their political beliefs. We all do it here and I’m assuming IRL. I don’t think famous people should just keep their mouths shut. They have as much right as us peasants to have opinions. No leftie should be telling Tim Allen to shut up and act and no rightie should be telling lebron to shut up and dribble. The 1st amendment is patently important to freedom.

You've been calling me all sorts of names about the Israel/Palestine conflict all day. You noticeably aren't talking about the details of the conflict though. Ad hominems only go so far. Out of your depth? Gradeschool razzing all you got? Any actual geopolitical knowledge kicking round that skull of yours or no?Congrats. Most angry selfish terrorist sympathizer award goes to Dion. And, not just for the night shift. All shifts. Your big day?
Sorry but in my view our government has a spending problem, not an income / revenue problem. I’ll also point out the War on Poverty (aka Great Society) has been an astounding failure. Welfare did more to destroy the Black American Family than Jim Crow ever did.You have to give back to the society that created the environment for said success, yes. Our country does the best when everyone is succeeding, not just the handful at the very top. In the 60s you could support a family being a milkman. Now people who work at Walmart need foodstamps and Medicaid.
Understood, although, I did. When UK took the knee (basketball), I did not watch them the rest of the year. I kept up with their progress, just did not watch. There are many more things out there I can do or watch. That attitude would so limit me that I’d probably never watch anything again. I didn’t stop watching uk sports or the nfl or anything else. I mean I don't disagree about the spending. We're the richest country on the planet, we could easily do universal healthcare like plenty of other countries do. Depending on the streamlining of the system it could even be cheaper than what we've got. We spend around $13k per capita for our patchwork of **** while Canada spends less than $9k for universal coverage. Instead we spend our taxes on the military and ICE. Completely backwards priorities. I'll gladly work with you on reforming government spending. This bill ain't it.Sorry but in my view our government has a spending problem, not an income / revenue problem. I’ll also point out the War on Poverty (aka Great Society) has been an astounding failure. Welfare did more to destroy the Black American Family than Jim Crow ever did.
Hell Dion, let’s just give everybody in this country an annual $200,000 salary regardless of their aptitude, motivation, education, training, etc.Meanwhile almost 80% of the country lives paycheck to paycheck. A lot more losing than winning going around.

Raises hand slowlyIt's like a class reunion on Cats Illustrated. People slowly filtering in. Even the ******** that nobody liked.
A basic standard of human decency; shelter, sustenance. That means you too. You're (presumably) a person too. No need to be facetious.Hell Dion, let’s just give everybody in this country an annual $200,000 salary regardless of their aptitude, motivation, education, training, etc.
I think Elon should run a poll on X asking whether you would want 1 million dollars.Love many things Elon has done...but starting a new party because of a poll on X is crazy work lol.
X is fantastic...but it doesn't represent 330 million people.
Yeah, I understand. I look at 2 guys like mark wahlberg and Seth mcfarlane. They are polar opposites politically but set it aside because they made a shitton of money together. I’m unwilling to sacrifice potential, or my own entertainment due to differing beliefs. At the same time you’ve got a right to stick to your guns and stop watching things that don’t espouse maga values.Understood, although, I did. My mom still doesn't even talk to me or my brother about UK basketball. Not since she jinxed us in '92.When UK suffers a painful tournament loss, but my wife had decided that it would be a good time to invite friends over to watch.
Kentucky loses
Dems loved that electric car tax benefit for their wealthy lefty friends. Talk about supplementing the upper class.Musk is mad about the loss of $7500 tax incentive for ev, and the solar tax incentives as well as punishment after 2027 on new start ups, also the push for reliable power supplies over renewables.
Tesla also has residential as well as industrial power packs. Without heavy renewable use in the power supply there is a minimal need for them.
Do you hate EVs if you don’t think the taxpayers should be supplementing the purchase of an expensive car?In a way I can see Elon’s frustration. Trump went from hating EVs to promoting them on the WH lawn to hating them again.
I don’t hate or like them as I’ve never owned one. I did have a hybrid F150 at one point but it got t boned by 2 drunk kids in a Corolla. If it tells you anything, I didn’t get another hybrid.Do you hate EVs if you don’t think the taxpayers should be supplementing the purchase of an expensive car?
I don't care about what their beliefs are, I just don't want to hear it when being entertained. Now, on those who are out there constantly pushing the agenda, yeah, I stay away from their work. Springsteen, Deniro, Ashley Judd, Madonna, and a few others. Most others who aren't pushing it whenever they are working or out and about, I have no problem with.Yeah, I understand. I’m with you on that. I was never much of a Springsteen fan anyway, but I skip his songs on Spotify now that he’s gone nutso. Somehow Spotify hasn’t yet figured out that I don’t want to hear him.I don't care about what their beliefs are, I just don't want to hear it when being entertained. BS lies. You don’t care. You just want to virtue signal more than you want to actually help. No, I just care about actually fixing problems instead of spitting into the wind. Dude the same and I'm 43No problem. Something I can actually remember these days. Only 51 and feel like I have the brain of an early onset Alzheimer patient. Can't remember a simple word sometimes, yet I can remember goofy stuff like that or the starting lineup of a basketball team from 40 years ago.
I replied to you a few posts back. You asking again or was that an on3 glitchDo you hate EVs if you don’t think the taxpayers should be supplementing the purchase of

Dion thinks his message board squabbles are actually fixing the problem. Your delusion runs deep. Blame it on the coal dust.
LOL. No one has dodged and denied the Hamas atrocities of 10/7 more than you. And, you wrongly said Hamas was not the reason the two state solution failed. Over and over you are shown to be wrong and you just try to run to the next thing, avoiding your defeat. You've been calling me all sorts of names about the Israel/Palestine conflict all day. I fear this could turn into a big issue. I’m 50 and I feel the same things. We’ve grown up in an era of extreme excess, processed foods, and a tsunami of new drugs.Dude the same and I'm 43
My question was in reference to the claim Trump now hates EVs.I don’t hate or like them as I’ve never owned one. I did have a hybrid F150 at one point but it got t boned by 2 drunk kids in a Corolla. If it tells you anything, I didn’t get another hybrid.
That glitch has happened twice to me now. I am sure it is user error.I replied to you a few posts back. You asking again or was that an on3 glitch![]()
