CA has rolling blackout as normal condition so they may not count as weather caused outages.
Once my contractor has our kitchen remodel project complete, installation of an automatic whole house generator is the next project. As governments continue to mismanage the power grid and DE incentivize providing the buffer of capacity necessary to provide reliable service, outages seem more likely to occur for weather and other reasons.......
