Ask yourself two questions -- did she do this to anyone else ? OR Is it the way you come off.

And since I have lived in my house 20 years and have not had any kind of issues like this -or even close -it’s on her. Not me.
Had similar incidents with neighbor.
Long story short called State Police after he threatened my family, cops said he could cite me also, what for i don't know , same family wife cracked same guys skull with statue taken out of house on a stretcher, with cops video taping his exit. She smashed walls and kitchen cabinets with hammer. Threw kitchen knives at rabbits and squirrels. They were both nuts.
Went to lawyer decided to move, felt family wasn't safe.
