His comment about the lack of game planning is disconcerting to say the least.

I wouldn't read too much into that. It's just like going from high school to college. College is more demanding
physically and mentally than prep school. Same goes for professional sports compared to varsity. I sure Brent game planned when Jefferson was at OU. Just not in the same way as the pros. I'm sure Bob Stoops could explain it better.

Sounds to me like he's referring to his own preparation. In the nfl, if you wanna be great, bare minimum film study won't get it done.
