Decatur (Ga.) Columbia four-star running back Jadan Baugh has decommitted from Arkansas.

He had previously been committed to the Razorbacks since May, when he chose them over offers from Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia Tech and a handful of other programs.

“After lots of prayer and talks with my circle I’ve decided to decommit from the University of Arkansas,” Baugh wrote on social media. “I’d like to thank Coach Pittman and Coach Jimmy and all of Arkansas for believing in me and for the opportunity.”

Since his pledge though, a number of programs have remained in contact with Baugh, including Florida, Alabama and the Yellow Jackets.

The Crimson Tide were the most recent to extend an offer to Baugh early in November, and he plans to visit later this season. Each of the three teams pushing to flip him are recruiting him as running back, including Alabama.

“They really liked my film. Coach Saban watched my film, and he loved it,” Baugh told BamaOnLine’s Joseph Hastings. Keep doing what you’re doing,” Baugh said of the message from Gillespie. “They like that I’m a big back. I can go out and catch the ball and run like a receiver. I’m very versatile. I can be put in mismatches, and I’m an every down back.”

Baugh is the No. 356 overall prospect in the 2024 class, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also ranks as the nation’s No. 26 running back and the No. 39 recruit in Georgia.
