2023 LB Corey Kelly signs with Baylor

League City (Texas) Clear Falls three-star linebacker Corey Kelly has signed with Baylor.

Kelly is the No. 601 overall prospect and No. 62 linebacker in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 97 player in Texas.

He had been committed to the Bears since June 14.
