When Mike Reed was hired as Clemson's defensive backs coach following the 2012 season, he had the task of quickly learning Clemson's defensive system before the start of spring practice in 2013. The man who was in charge of teaching Reed the system was an analyst at the time -- an analyst by the name of Wes Goodwin.
