Class of 2024 QB Danny O'Neil decommits from Colorado

Class of 2024 quarterback Danny O’Neil of Indianapolis (IN) Cathedral High announced his decommitment from Colorado Monday morning.

The 6-foot-1, 185 pounder had been committed to the Buffaloes since March.

The Hoosier State quarterback participated in the Elite 11 Finals this summer. Through 12 games, the senior quarterback completed 186 passes for 2,068 yards and 31 TDs.

Danny O’Neil Recruiting Profile 

O’Neil ranks as the No. 624 player according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 40 quarterback and the No. 8 player in the state of Indiana.

He currently does not have an On3 NIL Valuation publicly listed. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
