Travis Hunter gets engaged to longtime girlfriend Leanna Lenee
Colorado Buffaloes star Travis Hunter is having a great offseason for himself. Most importantly, that includes his recent engagement.
Leanna Lenee and Travis Hunter have been dating since he was in high school when the two met when he was a senior at Collins Hill High School in Suwanee, Georgia. In 2022, she graduated from Kennesaw State University.

Travis Hunter and Leanna Lenee started their own YouTube channel in 2022, with the first post coming in October of that year. There, the couple shared information about their relationship and their individual lives. That first episode included the couple making Halloween costumes.

Even at that time, the couple was speaking about the possibility that they’d get married one day. Now, that day has come.
In her own post announcing the engagement, Lenee wrote, “a million times, yes.”
Leanna Lenee is currently seeking a Master’s degree. Meanwhile, Travis Hunter continues to focus on his football career. 2024 will be his third college season and his second with Colorado after transferring from Jackson State when Deion Sanders took the job.
Hunter has done something that very few are able to do in football beyond the high school level, he’s become a successful two-way player. At both Jackson State and Colorado, he has played both wide receiver and defensive back. Last season, he had 57 receptions for 721 yards and five touchdowns in nine games. He also made 30 tackles and had two interceptions.
Most people expect 2024 to be Hunter’s final college season before declaring for the NFL Draft.
Deion Sanders ranks his children, including Travis Hunter
Since the two have come together, Deion Sanders has consistently shared how much he cares for Travis Hunter. However, when ranking his children and Hunter, he still had to make sure all of his kids came in ahead of Hunter.
“Let me see, right now. Like right now. Right now, I’m gonna throw Shilo at number one. Shilo’s been consistent, he’s balling. He’s been balling, man. He just called me, they’re in Paris right now at the fashion show…So, three of my boys out there. Two of them, Bucky‘s filming everything. Shedeur and Shilo are walking in the fashion show in Paris right now. Matter of fact, they’re probably walking right now. So, Shilo has been balling and he never usually claims the number one spot because he does something crazy to get on my nerves but he is that guy right now,” Sanders said.
“Number two would probably be Deiondra. Yeah. She’s the number two right now. She’s consistent and she listens when she asks me for advice about this and that. Number three has to be Shedeur. No. no. Bucky. Bucky’s three. Bucky keep me laced because he’s making some heck of a YouTube money. He keeps me laced. He’s killing it. Then Shedeur, then Bossy [Shelomi], then Travis. If I put Travis in front of one of the Sanders, they will cuss me out.”
