Duke has extended an offer Charlotte (N.C.) Zebulon B. Vance wide receiver Kevin Concepcion.

Concepcion is the No. 382 prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6,000. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Conception told the Wolfpacker three months ago that Coastal Carolina, Maryland, NC State, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest were the ones recruiting him the hardest.

Greer (S.C.) Gaffney three-star quarterback Grayson Loftis is the lone commit in the 2023 recruiting cycle for the Blue Devils.

Quarterback is also a position of strength in the 2022 class for Duke with Bronx (N.Y.) Cardinal Hayes quarterback Henry Belin, a four-star prospect according to On3.

“The Bronx (N.Y.) Cardinal Hayes signal-caller can absolutely rip the football. We got to see this during the truncated spring season in New York, where Belin led his team to an undefeated record. The Duke pledge has a quick motion and is able to drive the football vertically with little effort. He also moves fairly well and shows some ability as a playmaker,” On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power wrote before the fall season.
