On3 has released its final recruiting ranking for the 2023 class after the completion of the high school football season and all-star competitions. Jacksonville (Fla.) Westside defensive lineman and Georgia signee Jordan Hall ranks No. 13 overall and five-stars in the 2023 On300. He moves up 16 spots from No. 29 in the previous ranking.

The latest edition of On3’s 2023 rankings features 32 five-star players, up from 26 in the previous update in November. Of those 32 prospects, 30 are signed to college programs, with two still yet to make their decisions official.

This final update comes after the end of the high school playoffs and postseason All-American games, where top prospects across the country faced off in a week of practices and ended with nationally televised games.

Jordan Hall Scouting Summary

“Explosive defensive lineman who has one of the best first steps in the 2023 cycle. Explodes into the backfield in a split second, blowing up plays in the backfield. Shows outstanding short area burst, closing on quarterbacks and running backs. Uses active hands at the line of scrimmage and employs an effective swim move. Looks to have long arms, which aid in his ability as a violent finisher behind the line. Has the play speed to track down plays from the backside. Put together some of the best junior season video among defensive tackles in the 2023 cycle. Played well when facing top competition. Will benefit from time in a college strength program.”
