Last week, FOX debuted the “Caitlin Clark Cam” last week as Iowa took on Maryland. It featured a camera that followed Clark live on TikTok for the entire game as the Hawkeyes defeated the Terrapins 93-85 in College Park.

It was a success, and FOX announced the feature will be returning this weekend.

The “Caitlin Cam” will be back as Iowa takes on Nebraska on Sunday in Lincoln. That game could be a big one, too. Clark entered Thursday’s game against Penn State just 66 points away from setting the NCAA’s all-time scoring record, and at her current pace of 32.4 points per game, Sunday’s game could be when she moves past Kelsey Plum for the top spot.

FOX’s first run of the “Caitlin Cam” received more than 800,000 views on TikTok, the network announced, as she continues to be one of the biggest draws in the game. That game also came in as the second-most watched women’s basketball game this year at 1.58 million viewers – one spot behind Iowa’s victory over Ohio State on NBC.

That hype is going to keep building, too. When Iowa cruised past Northwestern last week, Clark dropped 35 points as she passed Jackie Stiles and Kelsey Mitchell for the No. 2 spot in the NCAA’s all-time scoring list. That put her just behind Plum, the former Washington star who’s now a centerpiece for the WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces.

With the record now in sight, and perhaps attainable in just a couple games, Plum voiced her support for Clark as she gets in striking distance of the top spot.

“I’m actually very grateful to pass that baton,” Plum said, via ESPN’s Michael Voepel. “I’m very happy for her.”

On the court, Caitlin Clark is in the midst of the best year of her career, averaging a career-best 32.4 points along with 7.0 rebounds and 7.9 assists. She’s widely viewed as the projected No. 1 pick in the WNBA Draft.

Off the court, though, Clark is one of the highest-profile women’s basketball players in the country with 1.1 million social media followers, including 126,000 on TikTok. She holds an On3 NIL Valuation of $818,000, which puts her at No. 39 in the On3 NIL 100 – the first of its kind and defacto NIL ranking of the top 100 high school and college athletes ranked by their On3 NIL Valuation. She also sits at No. 4 in the On3 College Women’s Basketball NIL Rank.
