LSU offers 2024 On3 top-20 IOL Jordan Seaton
Washington (D.C.) St. John’s four-star interior offensive lineman Jordan Seaton received an offer from LSU on Wednesday night. He announced the news over social media.
Seaton is the No. 40 overall prospect and No. 1 interior offensive lineman in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 2 player in Washington D.C.
On3 rates Seaton higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2023 On300, he is the No. 18 overall prospect in the country.
LSU’s 2024 recruiting class currently contains seven prospects. They are Loganville (Ga.) Grayson four-star cornerback Zion Ferguson, Bellaire (Texas) Shadow Creek four-star safety Maurice Williams, Chillicothe (Ohio) four-star tight end Tayvion Galloway, Loganville (Ga.) Grayson four-star athlete Joseph Stone and Jonesboro (La.) Jonesboro-Hodge three-star linebacker Xavier Atkins, Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian Academy four-star quarterback Colin Hurley and Marrero (La.) John Ehret On3 three-star interior offensive lineman Khayree Lee.

What to know about Seaton’s recruitment
The 6-foot-5, 295-pound prospect has received 36 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, it is a close race between two Big Ten programs for his commitment. Penn State leads for his pledge at 26%, while Michigan isn’t far behind at 22.8%. Ohio State has the next-best odds at 10.2%.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.
Seaton has an On3 NIL Valuation of $88K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
