2025 Loganville (Ga.) Grayson cornerback Jaylen Bell took an unofficial visit to Miami on July 30. He received an offer from the Hurricanes a day later, announcing the news over social media.

On3 does not rank or grade players prior to their sophomore season. Therefore, Bell does not have a ranking in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Bell, a 5-foot-11, 170 pound defensive back, has taken five unofficial visits during his recruiting process so far. They have been to Miami, Alabama, Georgia Tech, South Carolina and Tennessee. He has been offered by other programs including Arkansas, Georgia and Ole Miss.

According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the Gamecocks have the lead for Bell’s commitment at 36.5%. The Hurricanes aren’t far behind at 32%. However, it is still very early in Bell’s recruiting process.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Bell has an On3 NIL Valuation of $18K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
