Tampa Armwood four-star running back Girard Pringle has committed to Miami, he told On3’s Hayes Fawcett on Saturday.

He chose the in-state Hurricanes over Alabama and Georgia. He also held offers from Florida, Auburn, Oklahoma, Tennessee and others.

“There is nothing like Miami to me. I just love everything about it. They are No. 1,” Pringle told CaneSport on his visit to Coral Gables this weekend.

Pringle is the No. 246 overall prospect and No. 17 RB in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 38 player in Florida.

On3 ranks Pringle higher than other recruiting services. He checks in as the No. 93 recruit, No. 6 RB and No. 11 player in Florida in the updated 2025 On300.
