Ohio State offers 2024 top-150 LB Payton Pierce
Lucas (Texas) Lovejoy four-star linebacker Payton Pierce received an offer from Ohio State Friday. He announced the news on Twitter.
Pierce is the No. 107 overall prospect and No. 11 linebacker in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 17 player in Texas.
The 6-foot-1, 220-pound Pierce holds 30 Power Five offers.
The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has Notre Dame as the heavy favorite to land a commitment from Pierce at 89%.
