East St. Louis (Ill.) offensive tackle Miles McVay is one of the country’s premier offensive tackles in the 2023 class, and he has seen his recruitment grow over the past few months. On Thursday, he added an offer from the Pacific Northwest when Oregon‘s new coaching staff extended one to him.

McVay is the No. 176 prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 10 offensive tackle and the No. 3 prospect in Illinois.

The mammoth 6-foot-6, 345-pounder has earned more than two dozen offers, including ones from Alabama, Oklahoma, USC, Georgia, Missouri and Tennessee.

He was on campus at Missouri twice this summer for visits. And he also tripped to Georgia with his friend and five-star wide receiver Luther Burden. He also camped at Alabama, where he was offered by Crimson Tide offensive line coach Doug Marrone after this rep.

Miles McVay plans to visit Michigan State, Missouri, Alabama and Oklahoma for their upcoming junior days in January.
