Top-100 cornerback Caleb Presley of Sammamish (WA) has committed to Oregon.

The 5-foot-11, 165-pounder picked the Ducks over Alabama, Texas A&M, UCLA, Michigan State, and Washington.

He is the 10th Oregon commit in his 2023 class joining Jurrion Dickey, Cole Martin, Ashton Cozart, Kodi Decambra, and others.

Presley currently ranks as the No.83 player in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that accounts for all four recruiting sites. He also tabs in as the No. 8 cornerback, and the No. 2 player in the state of Washington behind Top-40 EDGE Jayden Wayne.

On3 ranks him as the No. 83 player in the class of 2023 according to the On300.

Caleb Presley Scouting Summary

Two-way player that possesses natural ball skills at receiver and corner, while projecting on defense long-term. Smooth mover that has the ability to stick his foot in the ground and break on the ball with ease. Technical corner that has fluid movement skills. Looks comfortable and patient in coverage and does not play out of control. Has good length, with a 6-foot-4 wing-span at around 6-feet in height. Long speed appears strong but not elite. Ran an electronically-timed 4.62 40 in 2020 as a freshman. Shows more twitch and wiggle than long speed as a return man for kickoff and punt. Need to see him add some mass to a leaner athletic frame in order to reach his max potential at the next level.
