Texas A&M basketball guard, former top recruit Hassan Diarra enters transfer portal

Texas A&M guard Hassan Diarra entered the NCAA transfer portal Thursday afternoon, On3 has learned.

Diarra, a Class of 2020 four-star recruit, was rated as the 11th-best point guard and 51st-best overall prospect in the 2020 class according to the On3 Consensus Rankings.

Diarra started four games for the Aggies this past season and averaged 6.2 points per game. He played in 18 games, starting six, as a freshman in 2020-21 and averaged 5.8 points per game.
