2023 QB Raheim Jeter commits to West Virginia
Duncan (S.C.) Spartanburg quarterback Raheim Jeter has committed to West Virginia.
Jeter committed Monday, his birthday, with a video he posted on social media.
During this past fall, Jeter threw for 2,979 yards and 27 touchdowns for Spartanburg High, which went 9-4 on the season.
He is the first commit in the Mountaineers recruiting class.
As of Monday, Jeter was not yet ranked in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
“I chose them because of the real family atmosphere up there and they’ve been consistent with me throughout my recruitment,” Jeter told GoUpstate.com. “I just fell in love with the place, with the campus and coaches and the offense they run, just everything.”
