Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals‘ offense continue to light up the scoreboard and make electrifying plays week after week.
Check out the 77-yard touchdown strike from Kyler Murray to rookie wide receiver Rondale Moore.
Murray does an incredible job of spinning away from Viking defenders, setting his feet, and letting the football fly down the field to a wide-open Rondale Moore. The touchdown was the very first touchdown of Moore’s NFL career.
Moore wasn’t even closed to being touched by a Vikings’ defender as he raced to the end zone.
Moore had a breakout performance, hauling in seven catches for 114 receiving yards, while bringing in one touchdown (video above).

The Cardinals won the game 34-33. Murray completed 29 of his 36 attempts for 400 passing yards, while tossing in three touchdowns and throwing two interceptions.
Rondale Moore prospect profile
Moore was one of the most electrifying rookie prospects in the 2021 NFL Draft class. A former US Army All-American coming out of high school, Moore dazzled the college football world his freshman year at Purdue. He won the Paul Hornung Award as the nation’s most versatile player. As a freshman, Moore peppered his name all over the record books for the Purdue Boilermakers. He set the school record for most all-purpose yards in a season (2,215). He also broke the school record for the most all-purpose yards in a single game against Northwestern (313).
Kyler Murray prospect profile
Kyler Murray was one of the most decorated prospects in the 2015 recruiting class coming out of high school. He was rated as a consensus five-star prospect by every scouting service in the nation. To this day, he remains as one of the most accomplished high school football players in Texas High School football history.
He led Allen High School to three straight state championships and never lost a game in high school as a starting quarterback (43-0). An incredible athlete, Murray became the first player to ever be selected to the Under Armour All-American game for baseball and football.
In his highly decorated high school career, Murray rolled up 14,500 rushing and passing yards and tallied an astounding 186 touchdowns in three seasons at Allen.
Coming out of high school, Murray ended up committing to the Texas A&M Aggies. He played his freshman year at Texas A&M but would transfer to Oklahoma following the 2015 season.
While at Oklahoma, the his wildly successful football career continued. In 2018, he became the Sooners’ seventh Heisman Trophy winner. Murray threw for over 4,300 yards and rushed for over 1,000 yards in the same season, an incredibly rare accomplishment.
He was drafted as the top overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft to the Arizona Cardinals. It’s easy to forget is that Murray actually drafted in the first round of the 2019 Major League Baseball draft as well by the Oakland A’s. He became the first player to ever be drafted in the first round of both the NFL and MLB drafts.
It’s safe to say no matter the path of choosing, Kyler Murray was destined for athletic greatness.
