What is the very latest in Florida Gators football recruiting? What’s the buzz with UF’s transfer portal movement? Gators Online has you covered. Wednesday, Corey Bender, Blake Alderman and Keith Niebuhr took a closer look at those topics and shared the latest news and intel, along with their thoughts.

Here’s a breakdown of the show:

—Corey started things off by recapping his latest in-person interview with Florida quarterback commit Will Griffin, who told Gators Online which prospects he is targeting the most in the 2026 class. One key offensive line recruit is on his list.

—Meanwhile, two more elite defensive backs have set official visits to UF. Corey and Keith break down the recruitments of Chauncey Kennon and Justice Fitzpatrick. Both players are 4-star recruits but it seems the Gators might have work to do to land either one.

—In Mississippi, Florida is working hard on a handful of targets, most notably 5-star safety Bralan Womack and 4-star defensive lineman JaReylan McCoy. We detail those two recruitments and discuss who the Gators’ primary competition is for these players.

—Blake shared his thoughts and the latest intel with Florida’s transfer portal efforts. This included what the addition this week of Baylor defensive line transfer Brendan Bett means to UF.

—Blake and Keith discussed UF’s recruitment of safety targets Zaquan Patterson of Miami and Michigan State transfer Dillon Tatum. Both players visited the Gators in the past week. UF is in need of an extra body at safety following Gregory Smith’s decision to enter the transfer portal.

—Blake and Keith wrapped things up by circling back to UF’s high school recruiting. Right now, the Gators only have two commitments. They talked about whether that should be of any concern to UF and the fans.
