Running back Blake Corum, who scored so many touchdowns for Michigan last fall, probably improved his NFL Draft status thanks to his combine performance.

But what team may select Corum next month, when the NFL convenes in Detroit for its annual draft fest? DraftKings Sportsbook established some odds for Corum.

Keep in mind that NFL teams do not especially covet running backs in the draft. There probably will not be a back taken in the first round. Corum is hoping for a second-day call.

And if you think about it for more than two seconds, the team favorite is obvious.

Let us take a look.

Chargers +150: The LA franchise made a splash in the offseason, hiring now-former Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh, days after the Wolverines won the national championship. And guess what, the Chargers probably will use an NFL draft pick to secure a back.

Austin Ekeler will be a free agent, so there is an opening.

Cowboys +850: Dallas also will need a back. Tony Pollard, the starter for the past two seasons, likely will be a free agent. A quality running back certainly will help the Cowboys offensive cause. Dak Prescott can sling it, but Dallas would benefit from a more consistent running game.

Vikings +900: Minnesota needs a quarterback, first and foremost, if they cannot come to terms with Kirk Cousins. After that, they would desire some defensive line help. But maybe they use a second-day pick for someone like Corum. Minnesota definitely could use a more dynamic running attack.

Ravens +1100: Get this. Corum is from Baltimore. And the Ravens coach is John Harbaugh, Jim’s brother. Baltimore has three backs who are pending free agents. They are Gus EdwardsJ.K. Dobbins and Dalvin Cook. They still have Justice Hill.

Packers +1100: Green Bay probably will not keep AJ Dillon. So they could use the NFL Draft, rather than free agency, to find another runner. But will Corum still be around by the time Green Bay is ready for a pick?

Eagles +1400: D’Andre Swift, the Eagles best back, is about to be a free agent. In fact, they have only one back under contract. So Philadelphia could desire a back in the top half of their draft.

Titans +1500: Tennessee likely will lose Derrick Henry, who is set to be a free agent next week. So they definitely are in the market for a running back.

Giants +1800: Like the Titans, the Giants also will be looking for a back, since they will not be using a franchise tag on Saquon Barkley.

Raiders +1800: Stop us if this sounds familiar. Vegas will be needing another back since Josh Jacobs, who led the NFL in rushing two seasons ago, will not be around anymore.

The NFL Draft is set for April 25-27 from Detroit. Count on the odds for Corum to switch by then.
