Ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft, odds have emerged as to where former Washington Huskies star quarterback Michael Penix Jr. will land.

There’s a bevy of teams who could utilize the quarterback’s strengths in the NFL, but a slew of injuries and Penix’s advanced age are question marks working against him. Still, he’s projected to be drafted within the first two rounds when the NFL Draft rolls around in April.

DraftKings Sportsbook has us covered with the odds for each team to draft Penix Jr. next month, and they go as follows. Check them out below.

2024 NFL Draft Odds for Washington QB Michael Penix Jr:

  • Seattle Seahawks (+320)
  • Atlanta Falcons (+475)
  • Minnesota Vikings (+500)
  • Las Vegas Raiders (+500)
  • Denver Broncos (+850)
  • New Orleans Saints (+1500)
  • New England Patriots (+1500)
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+1600)
  • Pittsburgh Steelers (+1600)
  • Los Angeles Rams (+2200)
  • New York Giants (+2500)
  • Tennessee Titans (+2500)
  • Detroit Lions (+3500)
  • New York Jets (+3500)
  • Washington Commanders (+3500)
  • Miami Dolphins (+4000)
  • Arizona Cardinals (+4000)
  • Chicago Bears (+6000)
  • Philadelphia Eagles (+6500)
  • San Francisco 49ers (+7500)
  • Dallas Cowboys (+7500)
  • Cleveland Browns (+7500)
  • Carolina Panthers (+7500)
  • Indianapolis Colts (+7500)
  • (+10000) Long-shots: Green Bay Packers, Cincinnati Bengals, Buffalo Bills, Baltimore Ravens, Los Angeles Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs, Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars

As you can see, DraftKings currently has the Seattle Seahawks as the most likely landing spot for the former Washington quarterback, which would keep Penix in the greater Seattle area, the place he’s called home over the back half of his collegiate career.

Fascinatingly enough, that would allow Penix the opportunity to sit behind veteran Geno Smith for a season or two, before being handled the keys to the franchise. With Smith’s own experiences in the NFL under several different banners, he could be the perfect mentor to the former Washington quarterback.

After Seattle, the Atlanta Falcons are No. 2 in DraftKings’ latest odds update. Unlike the Seahawks situation, Penix would likely walk into the building as the top choice to start for the Falcons in 2024, as they move towards a new future under Raheem Morris.

Other teams firmly in the mix for Penix include the Minnesota Vikings, Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos, all teams who would jump at the bit to select the Washington star if the situation arose.

We’ll see where Michael Penix Jr. lands in the 2024 NFL Draft, but he’ll have no shortage of suitors come April, as the supremely talented quarterback takes his game to the professional level.
