Fights have happened throughout NFL training camps but for the most part, they have been joint practices. We have now reached the point where players are fighting with their own teammates, at least in Oxnard, CA, with the Dallas Cowboys. Some big-time starters were involved in the altercation as well.

In what began as a normal rep, it ended with a huge fight between the offense and defense. Star player Micah Parsons was coming off the edge before moving inside and facing off against Tyler Biadasz. However, the play did not stop once Dak Prescott threw an incompletion and the whistle was blown.

Biadasz and Parsons began to push and shove before the defender threw a couple of huge punches toward the offensive lineman. Luckily for Biadasz, his helmet was still on and we avoided a Tim Anderson-esque fall.

However, he did fall victim to Sam Williams playing clean up, blindsiding the center out of nowhere.

You can watch the full moment here via ESPN’s Todd Archer.

Although Archer’s video ends right before the scuffle is fixed, Prescott is seen alongside Parsons, attempting to pull him away from the area. Prescott knows how important Parsons is going to be to Dallas’ upcoming season.

Fights stems from earlier altercation on Wednesday

Parsons was not out here swinging at Biadasz for no reason. There was a previous fight between the defensive and offensive line, with Williams being the main player involved. He and reserve center Brock Hoffman were pushing each other before missionaries arrived.

Biadasz was the first one of the scene and straight-up decked Williams. Tempers barely cooled off on Williams’ end and likely boiled over into the fight involving Parsons.

Micah Parsons breaks down team, wants them to come together

At the end of the day, football players are just competitors. Even when practicing against people on your own team, emotions can run high. Fights are going to happen and other players are going to have their backs. Nearly every single NFL training camp experiences it.

Parsons was able to get the team to come together at the end of Wednesday’s practice, breaking down the huddle. He knows it’s now time to build each other up in order to win a Super Bowl. Something Parsons has talked about extensively throughout the offseason.

Nobody has officially commented on either fight at the time of posting. But based on Parsons breaking down both the offense and defense, differences were settled.
