The Dallas Cowboys appear to be in a great position after wrapping up practice on Friday. Dallas will take on the Arizona Cardinals this Sunday in a matchup of NFC division leaders. This matchup will have major playoffs implications for both teams and go a long way to determine playoff seating. And it looks like the Cowboys will be at full strength for this upcoming matchup.

The Cowboys released their Friday practice participation report, and although there are six players listed, none of them have an injury set his designation for Sunday’s game. In fact, of the six players, only defensive tackle, Quinton Bohanna did not participate in practice as he is currently on Dallas’ reserve/ COVID-19 list. Everyone else was a full participant in practice including Dallas running back duo of Ezekiel Elliott, who has been hampered with a knee injury, and Tony Pollard, who is dealing with an injury to his ankle.

Cowboys injury report vs. Cardinals

Did not participate: DT Quinton Bohanna (illness)

Bohanna wasn’t on the injury report Wednesday and then missed Thursday’s practice with an illness. Now the Cowboys’ sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft out of Kentucky is on their reserve/COVID-19 list. He has 10 tackles to his name this year.

Full participation: RB Ezekiel Elliott (knee), RB Tony Pollard (foot), WR Malik Turner (calf) LT Tyron Smith (ankle), DE DeMarcus Lawrence (foot)

Lawrence practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday and Thursday as he deals with a foot injury. He missed some time earlier this year with the injury, but still isn’t a full participant in practice.

Smith, who was named to this year’s Pro Bowl, has been on and off the injury report this year with an ankle injury. He has a 91.7 grade, according to Pro Football Focus, making him one of the highest-graded tackles in the NFL.

Having Elliott and Pollard at full strength is huge for Dallas. The two combine for 84.6% of the Cowboys’ total rushing yards — Elliott has 899 and Pollard has 710. They’ve also accounted for 12 of Dallas’ 13 rushing touchdowns, which further illustrates their importance to the running game.

Turner was limited only on Wednesday but was a full go Thursday and Friday. He has 12 receptions for 149 yards and three touchdowns so far this year.

The Cowboys are 11-4 this year and put on quite a show last week against the Washington Football Team. Dallas put up 56 points against Washington in prime time on Sunday Night Football. What a way to get your 11th win.
