The Dallas Cowboys announced their 2022 season schedule Thursday evening in a way no fan expected: with notorious Cowboy hater and ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith belittling those watching in a video posted to social media.

“I’m looking at this 2022 season schedule right here,” Smith said. “Y’all in trouble. I mean, I’m seeing a few wins here, but not many! You might win the NFC East Championship but let me be clear, and I’ve said this in the past, I don’t care! If you think you’ve got a chance against one of my favorite in them boys in Green Bay.

“You think you got as shot against them? I’ve only got one think to say to y’all stay off the weed!”

The Cowboys will notably kick their season off with the first Sunday Night Football matchup of the season when they host Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during week one of the 2022 season.

Keyshawn Johnson says Cowboys QB Dak Prescott ‘has to deliver this year’

Count Keyshawn Johnson as one of the leaders of the Dak Prescott needs to perform club for 2022. On Thursday’s edition of Keyshawn, JWill & Max on ESPN, the former NFLstar wide receiver turned charismatic analyst explained why the heat is on for the Cowboys quarterback.

“Dak Prescott is on the stove, man,” started Johnson. “He on the right burner, okay? And it’s on high, and the other burner’s ticking. You know that tick, tick, tick, tick, tick — before it actually lights? That’s where his is at. There’s no question. Last year, he got the bag. The year before he got hurt, it was kind of like okay, well let’s figure it out. Now, the flames is hot. He’s boiling right now.”

In response, Johnsons’ cohost — Max Kellerman — stated that he doesn’t believe the pressure is on as high as the former NFL wide receiver is making it out to be. Coming off a devastating injury less than two seasons ago, Kellerman reaffirmed his belief that the former Mississippi State quarterback is just fine. However, Johnson countered with if you’re the quarterback in Dallas, you don’t have the same expectations as every Joe-Schmo quarterback in the NFL.

“This is the Dallas Cowboys. This is not the Philadelphia Eagles, this is not the Carolina Panthers. This is the Dallas Cowboys. America’s Team. If you’re the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys, you’re America’s quarterback,” explained Johnson. “He has to deliver this year.”
