The Denver Broncos have a valuable asset on the market, currently shopping around wide receiver Jerry Jeudy. A former first-round pick of the franchise, they now feel as if the time to move on from the Alabama product is the right one. A list of potentially interested teams plus the asking price from Denver is an interesting one.

According to Benjamin Allbright, the Dallas Cowboys are a team interested in adding Jeudy to the squad. The New England Patriots and Cleveland Browns join them, as all three are looking to boost their offensive weaponry this offseason. However, what the Broncos want may be a bit bunch.

After the Russell Wilson trade, some draft capital is certainly needed in Denver. So, they are asking for a first-round pick for Jeudy. If that’s not a worthy asking price, a second-round pick would suffice if there is a player attached to the deal.

“Source confirms multiple teams have called inquiring about WR Jerry Jeudy,” Allbright said. “Price tag remains high. Team asking for 1st or high 2nd + player. NE, Cle and Dal (who was interested at trade deadline last year) among others inquiring.”

From a Dallas perspective, somebody is going to have to play alongside CeeDee Lamb. The Cowboys attempted to add somebody in the midst of last season. As Allbright mentioned, they were hoping to trade for Jeudy but also were interested in Odell Beckham Jr.

T.Y. Hilton ended up being the signing, contributing at a good level toward the end of the season. Even so, a true No. 2 guy is needed for quarterback Dak Prescott. Jeudy would be a good source alongside Micahel Gallup.

Dallas currently has the No. 26 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft if they are willing to give up their first-round pick in the coming weeks. If not, No. 58 is the second-round option plus finding a player to add to the deal.

Jeudy has been in the league for three seasons, having his best one yet in 2022. While the former No. 15 overall pick has not broken the 1,000-yard mark quite yet, Jeudy caught 67 passes for 972 yards and six touchdowns. All of those are career highs after getting a better quarterback to work with.

Lamb is going to be the main receiver in the Mike McCarthy offense, no matter who is traded for. Jeudy would be a nice addition for Dallas as they continue to make moves with the goal of winning a Super Bowl.
