After sealing the double by as the No. 1 seed, North Carolina will play its first game of the ACC Tournament on Thursday. UNC is gearing up to take on Florida State at Capital One Arena, and the predictions are in.

Florida State played its first game of the week on Wednesday, defeating Virginia Tech 86-76 in the second round after both teams secured a bye. That set up a rematch against North Carolina for the third time this year.

This time around, though, the stakes are much higher in the win-or-go home setting. North Carolina has the hot hand, winning eight of its last 10 games – and the consensus opinion is the Tar Heels have the edge.

Odds for Florida State vs. UNC

North Carolina is a 9.5-point favorite over Florida State in Thursday’s game, according to FanDuel. The over-under is set at 153.5.

The Tar Heels won the last matchup against the Seminoles 75-68 in Tallahassee. It was their second time playing each other after a 78-70 North Carolina victory in the first go-round, and UNC will try to get a third victory over FSU in Washington, D.C.
