The Green Bay Packers have announced more roster moves before Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens. The Packers have signed safety Shawn Davis from their practice squad to the active roster, according to general manager Brian Gutekunst on Saturday.

Davis is a rookie defensive back who played for the Florida Gators. The 5-foot-11 safety was originally selected by the Indianapolis Colts, in the fifth round, with the 165th overall pick in the 2021 draft. His time with the Colts was short-lived After failing to make the active roster in the preseason. Davis was added to their practice squad to start the season but was cut from it on Sept. 16. Shortly after that, the Packers signed them to their practice squad in week three of the regular season.

While at Florida, Davis played in 37 games and registered 16 starts. He left the Gators with 124 tackles, 76 solo, 5.5 tackles for loss, 15 passes deflected, five interceptions, and a forced fumble.

Green Bay has also announced that they will elevate defensive lineman Abdullah Anderson and offensive lineman Cole Van Lanen to the active game-day roster as well.

Packers-Ravens injury report

Out — T David Bakhtiari (knee), TE Dominique Dafney (ankle), WR Equanimeous St. Brown (concussion), OL Billy Turner (knee).

St. Brown is technically listed as doubtful, but given that he hasn’t practiced this week it seems highly unlikely he will play. Bakhtiari is still waiting to make his 2021 debut, and it won’t be this week even after he logged three limited practices. It is a shame he can’t go as Turner, the starting right tackle all season, is set to miss.

Dafney has just one catch for eight yards on the season, so his absence likely won’t be as impactful.

Questionable — WR Malik Taylor (abdomen), WR Marquez Valdez-Scantling (back).

The Packers receiving corps could be lacking some key members if Taylor and Valdez-Scantling miss. Both players were limited participants all week long, so their Sunday status is truly up in the air. If they are unable to go, look for Davante Adams and Allen Lazard to gobble up the majority of the targets.

They will at least have the services of quarterback Aaron Rodgers, despite him not practicing all week as he nursed a fractured toe. Running back Aaron Jones (knee) is also available following a limited practice Friday. Kickoff for the contest is set for 4:25 p.m. ET in Baltimore.
