It’s a mixed bag for the Green Bay Packers with the Friday injury report, as a number of players have trended in the right direction while others stayed in a holding pattern. Three of Green Bay’s projected starting five offensive linemen — David Bakhtiari, Elgton Jenkins and Jon Runyan Jr. — are all listed as questionable, as is wide receiver Allen Lazard.

Bakhtiari started the week as a limited participant on Wednesday before not practicing on Thursday and again being limited on Friday. He’s still working back from a torn ACL in his left knee that occurred in December 2020.

Runyan has been dealing with a concussion and did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday as he worked through the concussion protocol. He was a limited participant on Friday.

Jenkins has the most optimistic outlook, as he fully participate on Friday after being limited the prior two practices. Even if the Packers just get Jenkins, an incredibly versatile player on the offensive line, back this week, it’ll be a big boom for a group that struggle to protect Aaron Rodgers against the Vikings.

Getting Lazard back could be a boost for Rodgers, too. Lazard has been dealing with an ankle injury but has been practicing all week, albeit in a limited capacity.

The leading receiver for Green Bay in the loss to the Vikings was running back AJ Dillon with five catches for 46 yards. The Packers mustered just 260 passing yards, and 65 of those were from Jordan Love in garbage time.
