Odds for Iowa-Penn State in the Big Ten Women’s Tournament

It’s not a surprise that Iowa opens as a big favorite, with the Hawkeyes approaching tipoff as an 18.5-point favorite, according to FanDuel. And the over/under is set at 180.5 points.

Clark’s personal scoring over/under is set at 33.5 points. Entering Friday averaging 32.3 points per game, it wouldn’t be a wild departure for the player with the most points in a Division I basketball career.

Clark and her Iowa squad is trying to soak in this last run together

The regular season is in the books and Clark brought home Big Ten Player of the Year for the third straight time. She was once again a unanimous selection after Iowa finished off a 26-4 regular season, including a 15-3 mark in conference play.

The Hawkeyes enter the conference tournament with eight wins in their last 10 games, including a 93-83 victory over Ohio State on Senior Day. Iowa jumped back up to No. 3 in the latest AP Top 25 rankings, as well, with the Big Ten Tournament coming up this weekend.

Clark said it feels like the team is hitting its stride at a perfect time with the postseason getting ready to begin.

“I’m just proud of our group,” Clark said on SiriusXM Big Ten Radio. “I feel like we’re playing really good basketball right now, and that’s what you need, especially going into the Big Ten Tournament and then the NCAA Tournament.

“It’s been fun. It’s been a lot, but this is what makes the whole environment so fun for us. We’re just trying to soak in every single second.”
