Odds for USC vs. Stanford

Coming into the game, Stanford is an 8.5-point favorite over USC, per FanDuel Sportsbook. The Cardinal are currently listed at -500 for the moneyline as of Saturday afternoon, while the Trojans are sitting at +320.

The over/under total is set at 133.5 total points. Both teams are averaging 78.0 points (Stanford) and 74.7 points (USC) per game, respectively, meaning if the two teams hit their season averages — the over will hit.

While the Cardinal are heavy favorites as the No. 2 team in the country, the No. 5 Trojans are looking to plat spoiler on Sunday. If an upset were to occur, a $10 bet on the Trojans would pay-out $32. The same amount on Stanford would amount in $2.00 of profit.

While both teams are looking to win the Pac-12 Championship first and foremost, potential NCAA Tournament implications are certainly going to be in the back of at least USC’s mind.

The Trojans current list on the 2-seed line in ESPN bracketologist Charlie Creme’s latest update. Stanford is a 1-seed, and will likely stay there as USC is a high-profile opponent. The Trojans, however, have room to move up and beating one of the top four overall seeds in the conference tournament final is sure to be attractive to the committee come selection Sunday. Not to mention two wins over Stanford this season.

A Cardinal win, on the other hand, would likely see the two squads stay up at the one and two-seed lines, respectively.
