New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara had an interesting interaction with backup quarterback Jameis Winston on the sidelines Sunday as they took on the Houston Texans.

Per usual, Winston seemed rather animated when speaking to Kamara as he sat on the bench, using his hands and a ton of body language to get his point across to the Saints’ running back. Which Kamara responded to with a hilarious facial expression that caught the attention of many during the game’s broadcast.

So much so that Kamara had to clear the air on the conversation following the game, taking to Twitter to let the people know that all is well between himself and Winston.

“Me and @Jaboowins was talkin business. Y’all mind yours. Ain no pressure at all. Next,” Kamara said in tweet following the game.

Kamara made it clear that he and Winston were just talking about business and the task at hand, but the Saints weren’t able to handle business on Sunday as the Texans defeated them 20-13 to drop New Orleans’ record to an even 3-3 on the season.

It was Kamara’s third game back this season after serving a three-game suspension to start the year following his involvement in a fight in Las Vegas in 2022. He had a solid all-around performance in Sunday as fans have become accustomed to seeing from him, rushing for 68 yards on 19 carries while also adding seven receptions for 36 yards to his stat line.

So far in just three game appearances this season Kamara’s racked up 199 yards and a touchdown on the ground along with 23 catches for 86 yards receiving, picking up right where he left off as one of the more versatile running backs across the entire NFL.

Yet again rookie quarterback CJ Stroud stole the show of a game he was in, throwing for 199 yards and two touchdown passes against a solid Saints defense to help deliver the Texans their third win of the season, already matching their disappointing win total from a season ago within the first six weeks of the season.

The Saints offense has struggled this season both with and without Kamara in the lineup, averaging just 18.2 points per game this season and failing to reach the 20-point mark in three of their last four games. Hopefully, they can turn things around fast, as Kamara and the Saints take on the Jacksonville Jaguars this Thursday at 8:15 p.m. ET in a game airing on Prime Video.
