The Green Bay Packers have released their initial injury report ahead of Sunday’s matchup against the Detroit Lions.

Aaron Rodgers makes an appearance on the list for the third consecutive week. The good news – Rodgers was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice. In previous weeks, he was held out of Wednesday drills before slowly getting back into the swing of things as the weeks had progressed.

Wide receivers Allen Lazard and Christian Watson continue their paths to recovery, while veteran offensive linemen David Bakhtiari and Elgton Jenkins continue to nurse their long term injuries.

Packers activate Kylin Hill off PUP list

The Green Bay Packers have activated running back Kylin Hill off the physically unable to perform (PUP) list, general manager Brian Gutekunst announced Wednesday

Hill suffered an ACL tear during Week 8 of last season, and began training camp on the PUP list for Green Bay. The former Mississippi State standout has been recovering all season and was allowed on the practice field for the first time this season Wednesday.

The former seventh-round draft pick out of Mississippi State rushed for 10 times as a rookie for 24 yards, but made a much bigger impact as a kick returner. Hill returned 10 kickoffs for 199 yards in the eight games he appeared in before injury.
