The Final Four matchups are set, and 1-seed Purdue will take on 11-seed NC State for the right to advance to the national championship game.

Both teams advanced after a hard-fought contest in the NCAA Tournament’s Elite Eight, which you typically come to expect this deep in the Big Dance.

Purdue moved on after outlasting 2-seed Tennessee in a game that went back and forth quite a bit. Superstar big man Zach Edey was virtually unstoppable, going for a career-high 40 points and 16 rebounds in the win.

NC State, on the other hand, survived a rematch against Duke, the third meeting between the two teams this year. Like Purdue, a scintillating performance from a big man was key, with DJ Burns going off for 29 points and four rebounds against the Blue Devils.

Odds for Purdue vs. NC State

Purdue opened as a 9.5-point favorite over NC State, according to FanDuel. The over-under opened at 147.5 points.

The two teams have not previously met this season, and there will be an interesting contrast of styles. However, if both teams reached their season averages, 160.1 points would be scored in the contest.
