The 2022 Pro Bowl is underway in Las Vegas and former Alabama quarterback Mac Jones just connected with one of the most beloved Clemson receivers in history, Hunter Renfrow for a touchdown in the third quarter.

Watch below as Jones rolls to his right and hits Renfrow in the back of the end zone for the beautiful six yard touchdown toss.

Not only that, look at that toe drag swag in the back of the end zone by Renfrow. The man has long been one of the most underrated receivers in the National Football League and he’s finally gotten the recognition he deserved by making the Pro Bowl this year.

So far, Renfrow has already hauled in five catches for 43 receiving yards a and a touchdown in the game.

Both Jones and Renfrow have had excellent seasons, that’s why they are in Las Vegas in the first place. The touchdown catch likely brings up good memories for Clemson fans, but bad memories for Alabama fans.

Renfrow caught the game-winning touchdown with one second left to beat Alabama 35-31 in the 2017 National Championship.

Renfrow cemented his legacy in Clemson fans’ hearts forever

Clemson ran a pick play where their outside receiver essentially rubbed the Alabama corner, freeing up Renfrow on the outside.

Watch it below.

Plenty of time has passed since then, but Renfrow is still the same player that runs phenomenal routes with phenomenal hands. He’s got a tremendous football IQ and is one of the best stories in Clemson football history, since he was a former walk-on.

When he hung up his cleats for the Clemson TigersRenfrow finished his career there ranked fifth in career receptions (186) and 11th in career receiving yards (2,133). In the 2017 National Championship game against Alabama, the catch above truly cemented himself in Tigers’ fans hearts forever.

It’s going to be fun to watch Jones and Renfrow continue to make plays in the NFL for years to come.
