Clemson carries three-game winning streak into season finale

Clemson can end its regular-season season on a high note on Saturday. Riding a three-game wining streak into Saturday’s game against Virginia Tech, the Tigers are finally starting to hit the rhythm they have been looking for. They have plenty to play for, too, even if an NCAA Tournament bid may be out of the picture. A win against Virginia Tech could set them up to hold on to the No. 10 seed in the Big Ten Tournament; they can slip down to No. 12, too.

For anyone watching the game on TV or listening to the radio, Clemson Sports has all the viewing information that could possibly be needed to not miss a moment of Clemson’s matchup against Virginia Tech.

Time: 2 p.m. ET

Date: Saturday, March 5.

Location: Littlejohn Coliseum, Clemson, South Carolina

The line: The Hokies are 3-point favorites, per VegasInsider.com.

How can I watch?

The Tigers and Hokies can be streamed on the RSN with Tom Werme and Mike Gminski on the call.

How can I listen to the game on the radio?

Jim Davis and Don Munson will broadcast the game on the Clemson Athletic Network. A full list of radio affiliates can be found here.

2023 LB Dee Crayton on the Tigers: ‘I’ve always loved Clemson’

Clemson’s junior day visitors list is filled with talent from top to bottom.

A handful of 2023 targets are set to be on campus on Saturday, with over a dozen unoffered prospects expected to be in attendance for the March 5 event as well.

Making the short drive to Clemson this weekend is Dee Crayton. Crayton, who is a four-star linebacker out of Alpharetta (Ga.), recently hauled in an offer from the Tigers.

At Sunday’s Under Armour Next Camp Series event in Atlanta, Crayton discussed that offer and previewed his upcoming trip to the school with Clemson Sports.

Clemson rallies past South Carolina, takes Game 1 of rivalry series

Clutch hitting and excellent pitching proved to be the difference for Clemson on Friday night in Columbia.

The Tigers battled back for a 3-2 win over South Carolina to take Game 1 of the rivalry series at Founders Park. Bryar Hawkins delivered the game-winning hit, singling up the middle to score Dylan Brewer in the top of the ninth inning.

Clemson tied the game in the previous inning on a no-doubt home run by catcher Jonathan French.

Clemson practice observations: What we saw on Day 2

Clemson was back on the practice fields Friday evening for its second workout of the spring.

This isn’t what was expected to be opening practice observations with, but BT Potter continues to impress as a punter. I mentioned on the board on the Tigers Den message board on Wednesday that Potter was working at punter and looked really good. He had another great day on Friday.

Clemson Sports was on hand Friday for all the happenings.
