Florida Gators basketball NCAA Tournament projections: March 17 edition
The Florida Gators are headed to the NCAA Tournament. That’s a given. But questions remain, including these: How will they be seeded, who will they play and at what location?
At long last, that will come into focus Sunday.
The NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship Selection Show on CBS begins at 6 p.m. ET. But Florida (24-10) still has one game remaining prior to that, and it’s a big one. The Gators face No. 12 Auburn at 1 p.m. ET in the SEC Tournament finals.
Could one more win against a Quad 1 opponent help Florida improve its seeding?
Per Sportskeeda, this is what qualifies as a Quad 1 victory: “A win at home against teams ranked 1-30, win at a neutral venue against teams in the Top 50 and an away win against teams in the Top 75.”
