The Michigan State basketball team received good news on Sunday evening when legacy recruit Jase Richardson chose the Spartans over finalists Alabama and Cincinnati in a commitment on ESPN. Richardson, the son of former Spartan great and two-time NBA Slam dunk champion Jason Richardson, is the third commitment for Tom Izzo and his coaching staff in the 2024 recruiting class. Richardson, the No. 42 overall prospect in the On3 Class of 2024 rankings, joins Bradford (Mass.)
