Michigan State plays well, but falls short in shootout in GLI championship

Michigan State some of its best hockey against Michigan Tech, but the Spartans could not solve goalie Blake Pietela in overtime or a three-player shootout. This game ended in a tie, but Michigan Tech won the GLI.
