The Michigan hockey team is no stranger to the Frozen Four, leading all programs with 28 appearances. Nine of them have come since the program’s last title in 1998, meaning the Wolverines have been great at getting there ... just not at finishing. Only once, in fact, has U-M made the final in that stretch, losing in overtime in 2011.
