Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is still waiting on the deal that was expected to make him one of the highest paid coaches in the Big Ten (if not the highest). While the line has been U-M would wait until the end of NCAA proceedings into alleged illegal contact with recruits — one that cost him a three-game suspension, imposed by the school — it now appears it could be much sooner.
