Michigan football 2023 roster: How many years each Wolverine has remaining

These days, with the NCAA having deemed the 2020-21 athletic seasons a free year of eligibility, it’s hard to keep track of how many years an athlete has left. Between that and redshirts, it can become a lot for Michigan Wolverines football fans to know off the top of their heads. That’s why we’ve decided to break down the roster.

Michigan uses five ways to refer to an athlete’s class: Freshman, sophomore, junior, senior and graduate. Here’s a look at the U-M roster, as of May 11, 2023, with the class of each scholarship player and how many years they have left.
